Dogs showing signs of illness, distress, or compromised welfare may be temporarily or permanently excluded from Services until deemed fit to return.

Involve strict separation from other dogs
Follow established hygiene and sanitisation protocols
No Service will be provided where doing so would place other dogs at risk.

Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract.
Force majeure events do not entitle clients to refunds where Services are delayed but ultimately delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazy Dog Lady London Ltd shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss or damage
Injury, illness, loss or death arising from pre-existing medical or behavioural conditions
