Over the years, Crazy Dog Lady London has grown into a recognised centre for professional and responsible canine education.

Through the Crazy Dog Lady Academy, in collaboration with the Respectful Canine Association™ (RCA), we provide structured training, mentorship, and certification for dog walkers, carers, and canine professionals across the UK and Spain.

Our Academy was created from real, hands-on experience in the field. We don’t just teach theory, we share practical knowledge built through years of working with dogs of different breeds, ages, backgrounds, and needs, always prioritising welfare, safety, and emotional wellbeing.

Beyond professional qualifications, our aim is to raise standards within the canine industry, supporting professionals who want to work ethically, responsibly, and with a deep understanding of dogs as individuals.

OUR EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is rooted in respectful canine education.

We consciously reject outdated, dominance-based methods and embrace modern, science-informed, compassionate approaches that place the dog’s emotional and physical wellbeing at the centre of every decision.

We believe education is not static. Just as human education has evolved over time, so has canine science. Research, behavioural studies, and the observation of free-ranging dogs have taught us that many practices once considered “normal” no longer reflect what we now understand about dogs, learning, stress, communication, and emotional safety.

That is why continuous learning is a core value of our work.

We actively seek new knowledge, remain open-minded, and regularly update our practices to reflect current research and ethical standards.

About PAOLA

Co-Founder & Director of Education

Paola Orozco Moya is the Co-Founder and Director of Education at Crazy Dog Lady London, a company redefining ethical dog care through empathy and science.

With a background in canine behaviour and welfare, Paola promotes a respectful, bond-based approach where dogs are heard, understood, and supported.

Her teaching bridges modern learning theory and compassion, empowering professionals to walk with purpose, not power.

Paola’s work as Director of Education is fuelled by constant study. But above all, by the dogs who have shaped her life.
